**OVERVIEW**

The Sales Associate is responsible to sell and provide exceptional customer service, possess strong product knowledge,

support achievement of sales goals promote a positive work environment and participate in day to day operations and projects as assigned by store management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Retail experience preferred.

* Experience in customer service industry preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

* Ability to operate point of sale (POS) register system with proficiency

* To ensure service levels, it is essential that the individual in this role be able to work a regular and reliable schedule as provided by management.
