Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable Clothing Associate to join our Pasco team!
The Clothing Sales Associate will be "solving problems" for our customers. They will also assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness while possessing an energetic and friendly demeanor. A person who is quick on their feet and great attention to detail, will thrive in this position! As our biggest store - we have an assortment of clothing ranging from children, women, and men!

Pay: $16.28/hr.
Schedule: Part time, 20-30 hours per week. May work week days, weekends, and holidays.

Duty Summary:
- Project a positive representation of Griggs and Ace Hardware
- Assist customers in a friendly manner with their questions and to find the products they are looking for
- Assist in creating a safe, professional work environment
- Stock merchandise, maintain backstock, rotate stock, and clean shelves
- Organize merchandise by style, size, and color
- Assist in setting signage for sales
- Assist with regular store maintenance and cleaning of the sales floor, back rooms, and outdoor areas
- Participate in store meetings
- Backup cashier
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in retail a plus!
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Great customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent physical stamina
- Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs)
Pay: $16.28/hr.
