Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role at Tenacity Ag. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. This includes identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, conducting sales presentations, and nurturing client relationships. This role is a hybrid role, primarily based in Morris, MN with flexibility for some remote work, as well as on the road.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and farming practices
- Familiarity with XAG and DJI spray drones is a plus
