CNC Operator

Join a local company with over 120 years of history and excellent benefits! 

Position Details:

  • Night shift hours: Monday to Wednesday, 3:00 pm to 3:00 am; Thursday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
  • Compensation: $19+ per hour. Based on Experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain the OMAG 5-axis machining center following established procedures.
  • Adjust machine settings to fabricate parts according to specifications.
  • Load and run programs set up and maintain tooling.
  • Perform basic machine programming and set-up on standard processes.
  • Collaborate with support staff and other operators in a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Background in CNC or 1-2 years of technical school training for CNC machining.
  • Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic PC skills including Windows OS.
  • Ability to read shop tickets and apply patterns as needed for accurate layout.
  • Familiarity with CNC Mill machine operations, including Omag mills and related tools.
  • Ability to use large hammers, pry bars, and assist crane operators.
