Aon is looking for a Client Services Claim Advocate in Reinsurance

In this role, you will work closely with the reinsurance broking team to provide extraordinary client services experience in the reinsurance industry. You will be a part of the best-in-class client services team here at Aon. We would love a candidate who is excited to collaborate with a team of technicians that support our clients.

In doing so, you are the dedicated advocate for your clients. You will also build and implement your individual career development plan with dedicated mentors that will assist you along the way.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist our clients with all aspects of timely reporting of property and casualty reinsurance claims to their reinsurer trading partners, including individually reported claims, complex claims and/or property catastrophe claims
  • Manage client reinsurance assets to assure prompt recovery of amounts ceded to reinsurers
  • Assist clients with year-end collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide mentorship for more junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 3 or more years of direct industry experience in the property and casualty insurance or reinsurance space
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google office tools
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal business communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $67,900 to $90,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
