Human Resouces Generalist

Join our team at Staffmark as we seek a Human Resources Generalist in Stanley, VA. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining employee records, participate in recruiting efforts for hourly positions, and engage in employee activities to foster a positive workplace environment.

Pay Rate: $26.45 per hour

Shift: 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and onsite interviews.
• Assist in building an employer brand within the community to support our recruiting needs.
• Maintain high visibility to promote HR programs and facilitate effective facility-wide communication.
• Continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrates integrity, respect, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
• Bachelor's degree required, with at least 3 years of experience supporting HR in a manufacturing/distribution or similar industry preferred.
