Receptionist

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MCPHERSON
The Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming visitors, efficiently managing calls, and providing necessary information. This role includes maintaining security, assisting with inquiries, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as data entry and project coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors with a positive demeanor.
• Handle phone calls professionally and direct inquiries.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals promptly.
• Maintain security and communication systems.
• Assist visitors with inquiries and maintain directories.
• Ensure a clean reception area and document work actions.
• Collaborate with teams for administrative tasks and projects.
• Support safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in telephone etiquette and communication.
• Exhibits professionalism and customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Can work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with phone systems.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
