\nWhat We're Looking For:
\nAssociate degree in accounting or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
\nAt least four years of experience in payroll, HR, or accounting, with knowledge of HRIS and financial systems.
\nProficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and educate others on payroll laws.
\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
\nHours and Compensation Potential:
\nFull-time onsite position with a salary range of $58,000 to $76,000 annually, depending on experience.
\nFull benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000.
\nWhat You Will Be Doing:
\nAs the Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. 
\nReporting to the Controller, you will oversee payroll functions, maintain employee benefit plans, and collaborate with the Human Resources Department.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and in compliance with labor contracts, organization policies, and regulatory requirements.
\nInput and review payroll data, making necessary adjustments to resolve errors.
\nCoordinate with the Human Resources Department on payroll-related matters and policy adherence.
\nReconcile quarterly and yearly tax reports and ensure accuracy of W-2 forms.
\nMaintain employee records and update HRIS with relevant payroll information.
\nServe as the Timekeeping System Administrator, coordinating with vendors and other departments to ensure system functionality.
\nMaintain confidentiality of personnel records and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
\nAdditional Info:
\nThis role is strictly payroll for the entire organization and they use Premier ERP, UKG and WFD(which is a timecard platform). Knowledge with Premier is preferred.
