Sales Support Administrative Assistant

Description:

• Assist sales reps on their sales for extended warranty's
• If they buy extended warranty, will purchase that from company website
• Set up in ERP System so that companies can track their orders
• Send warranty paperwork to the customer via DocuSign
• Track all of this on a master spreadsheet - information you have to submit to Caterpillar / will gain access to this spreadsheet and update this in real time
• When equipment is bought, there are warranties and if they want an extended warranty

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of administrative experience with an emphasis in sales administration
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (basic experience - cutting, pasting, insetting, etc.)
• Someone who has worked with multiple systems at a time (3-4 systems being touched every 10 minutes)
• Ability to toggle between screens and systems
• Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
