Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Heidi Fowler State Farm, who are interested in helping my business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. You will have a chance to learn how to market products and manage business firsthand. You would be required to acquire your Property & Casualty license prior to starting and Life & Health license once employed. I provide and pay for all licensing material. This could be the start of an exciting, challenging and fun career!

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
