MANUFACTURING SANITATION SPECIALIST (PACKAGING)

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Sanitation Specialist (Packaging).

You will routinely disassemble, clean, set up, and sanitize production equipment.

What you will do:

• Maintain packaging machines
• Ensure disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of machines
• Maintain an organized and sterile work environment
• Prepare equipment and the packaging room for production
• Troubleshoot and report machine issues
• Accurately document and record processes, procedures, and tasks
• Follow safety, sanitation, and allergen control protocols
• Attend meetings and training sessions as needed

• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more
• The ability to use common hand and power tools
• An understanding of allergen control
• Chemical use, sanitation, and cGMP knowledge

What you must bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• 1+ years of experience in sanitizing food or dietary supplement facilities
• Maintenance skills for equipment like capsule elevators, slat counters, bottle unscramblers, cappers, sleevers, and conveyor belts

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
