About Agape of Appleton, Inc:
Agape is a Non-Profit (501c3) organization that provides residential support to individuals with differing abilities. Our mission is to continually enrich the daily lives of our participants by ensuring dignified and person-centered support in a variety of residential settings.

About the position:
The Services Coordinator (SC) is an integral part of the leadership team and expected to participate in the decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the Agency’s operational goals.  This individual shall be responsible for the supervision of service provision for individuals living in a variety of community settings.  The SC shall supervise the Residential Case Managers (RCMs) and works under the direct supervision of the CEO. 

Objectives:
  • Provide CEO with accurate and timely required/requested information and evaluation of program, staff, and participant needs
  • Supervise and provide ongoing review of all individual service provisions on Agape’s philosophy and values
  • Assert and safeguard the human and civil rights of individuals and their families and foster the human dignity and personal worth of each individual
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing evaluation of staff as outlined by Agape’s. policies, procedures, and management philosophy
  • Be knowledgeable of all State/Federal regulations and Agape’s policies and procedures and ensure their application
  • Ensure that direct service hours are utilized and documented per individual service plan/case plan and contractual obligations
  • Develop programming supports to meet the needs of individuals
  • Ensure effective communication both inter/intra agency
  • Complete all other designated duties as assigned by the CEO

General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and/or sufficient experience/training to meet the responsibilities and objectives listed below
  • Previous experience in assisted or long-term care facility is preferred
  • Desirable qualities include leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Experience managing a small group of staff
  • Must possess high standard of integrity
  • Should exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate and apply appropriate responses in difficult or sensitive situations
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to follow high level administration practices and procedures
  • Type accurately at a speed necessary to meet the requirements of the position
  • Organize, set priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound, independent judgment within areas of responsibility
