Responsibilities
  • Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
  • Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
  • Assisting clients with policy changes, payments, and updating account information.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to assist with training andobtaining your license.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A team player who is self motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
