As the Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Hire, train, manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service while handling any customer complaints or concerns.
- Ensure staff is completing side work/cleaning.
- Scheduling of Front of House staff
- Daily Collection of Server & bartender cash due.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Nightly Deposits/ Closing
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a successful restaurant.
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
