Job Description

A Working Leaderman is responsible for directing his/her workforce in the successful implementation of activities as it relates to shipbuilding/repair functions.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of industrial supervisory experience in coordinating and scheduling crews in getting projects accomplished. Must be able to interpret standard construction drawings and be familiar with general specifications for construction. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors. Also, must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.
