- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms
- Research and gather content ideas relevant to our target audience
- Help develop and implement social media campaigns
- Create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts
- Monitor and report on social media analytics and insights
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
