Salary: $15/hour

The House Manager carefully monitors all Direct Care Staff in providing quality services to consumers with Mental Illnesses and Developmental Disabilities in accordance with each individuals Plan of Service. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1.  Coordinate staff schedules to submit to the main office bi-weekly.
  2. Ensure that all staff has the necessary training to work their scheduled hours.
  3. Ensure that all paperwork submitted to the main office is accurate and up-to-date (e.g. Timesheets, Mileage Logs, Progress Report Notes, Incident Reports).
  4. Document all house issues or incidents. All Incident Reports must be reported within 24hrs.
  5. Maintain and document all personal funds used by the consumer(s) served (if applicable).
  6. Serve as a point-of-contact for emergencies and urgent questions from direct care staff.
  7. Monitor Direct Care Staff duties (e.g., ensure that staff cares for service recipients appropriately) and provide developmental feedback to staff regarding their performance.
  8. Investigate and attempt to resolve problems that arise at the site.
  9. Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for consumer(s) served.
  10. Prepare for and attend all required meetings (an agenda is mandatory at all staff meetings).
  11. Effectively communicate changes in INI Group LLC. policies and procedures to staff.
  12. Report needed household repairs to Program Manager.
  13. Effectively relay the “calling off guidelines" to all staff member and be available to cover additional shifts when necessary.
  14. Plan and coordinate consumer activities.
  15.  Train new staff in correspondence to orientation guidelines.
