Job Summary:

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a Registered Behavioral Line Tech. Under the supervision of the BCBA, the main duty of the Line Tech is to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. The Line Tech will collect data on programs, assist with parent training and assist the Behavior Analyst as needed.

Specific Skills and Responsibilities

Working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a classroom setting
Participate in a training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teachings techniques,
management of maladaptive behaviorism, child development, data collection techniques and all other foundation ABA skills
Implement 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis Intervention programs to clients in their home, clinic, school, or any other environment as
needed
Observe and record clients behavior and acquisition data
Maintain documentation demonstrating service provided
Communicate effectively with the Behavior Analyst regarding any issues including service delivery, task assignment, etc.
Participate in introductory and ongoing training programs that provide instruction in Applied Behavior Analysis and other
methodologies applicable to the client population
Assists in performing functional behavior assessments, language assessments, preference/ reinforcement assessments and/or
ongoing assessments
Collect Data throughout the session in a timely and efficient manner
Available for supervisory meetings with a Behavior Analyst to review consumer care and treatment, any changes in consumer level of
functioning, significant behavioral incidents, or other issues that affect consumer care
Performs all other duties as requested by the BCBA

Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain a Line Tech registration from the BACB Board
Must maintain a current and valid drivers license if driving for Holy Angels

Education:

GED or High School Diploma-Required
Bachelors or higher in Psychology, Child Development, or related field preferred

Work Environment:

Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities

Physical Demands:

Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3s of the time
