Job Description
CD Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing firm based in Ft Lauderdale, Florida with locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We currently have an opening with a large, well known hotel resort with a property based in Riviera Beach.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for cleaning designated rooms within allotted times. Change bed linens, clean rooms according to client requirements.
- Remove all dirty linen from rooms and replace with new, clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor, remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas.
- Respond to guest's requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, cots, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors.
- Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- May collect newspaper and other items for recycling.
- May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Housekeeping experience preferred.
- Bilingual applicants preferred.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Strong work ethic and very ethical approach to the business; is punctual and self-motivated; has the ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts.
Responsibilidades:
· Responsable por limpiar las areas designadas del cuarto, cambiar tendidos y limpiar de acuerdo a los requisitos del huesped.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Se requiere lectura, escritura y habilidad numerica. Experiencia previa en limpieza de hoteles de preferencia. De preferencia bilingue. Debe trabajar noches, fines de semana y feriados.
