CPAP Resupply Coordinator

Summary of Position: The CPAP Resupply Coordinator is responsible for communicating with the patient regarding supplies and ordering of supplies.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Prior Customer Service Experience preferred

Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, ability to use a computer equivalent to position

Requirements: None

Physical: Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle and feel. Regularly required to talk or hear and see.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Call patients regarding supplies, requesting an inventory of patient’s current supplies and reason for new supplies.

2. Verify patient insurance, and mailing address while communicating with patient.

3. Request updated prescriptions and/or DWO from patient’s physician.

4. Inform patient of copay and/or deductible and attempt to collect amount needed.

5. Keying orders and authorizations for orders may be involved.

6. Order supplies for patient and verify the order is not overutilization.

7. Ship supplies and print tracking information and match invoices for Accounts Payable.
