WILLING TO TRAIN the right motivated candidate. We are looking to hire a qualified rigger/ Class A CDL driver to move our equipment and customer's equipment. Set up and prepare rigging for the moving of heavy HVAC and brewing equipment, CNC machines, and other heavy items. You will be assisting in the day to day operations. We are a fast growing family owned machinery moving and rigging company.

  • JOB LOCATION: We normally start and end the day in the Larkspur, CO area as we service the front range on a day to day basis.

As a rigger, you will be required to prepare equipment and materials before loading, load equipment onto trucks, transport equipment to a job site set up the rigging equipment to move heavy machines. You will operate heavy equipment machinery like forklifts, and dismantle the rigging and equipment after the job. You will also be required to communicate with the rigging team and ensure compliance with state health and safety regulations.

Rigger Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
  • Setting, aligning, and leveling heavy equipment machinery.
  • Selecting the appropriate rigging gear.
  • Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.
  • Inspecting rigging before final use.
  • Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment.
  • Maneuvering loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.
  • Communicating with the rigging and construction team.
  • Breaking down rigging equipment and conducting post-rigging inspections.

Rigger Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years working as a rigger a plus, wiling to train the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
  • Knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery (preferred).
  • Excellent hearing and vision.
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions.
  • Experience with power tools, forklift operation and machinery moving equipment a plus.
  • Carpentry skills and mechanically inclined a plus .
  • Good driving record. Class A CDL or Class B a plus but not required.
