PM Staffing is a regional staffing and employment company and we are seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator to work in our Bonham, TX office!
We provide a fun, family-like atmosphere and would love for you to join our team! This is a GREAT opportunity to get in on the ground floor and work your way up!
Job Duties:
- Assist in processing applicants
- Scheduling appointments
- Recruiting/Working job boards
- Processing pre-employment paperwork
- Conducting orientations on new hires
- Pre-screen applicants based on job requirements
- Assist with marketing jobs opening through social media
Requirements:
- Outstanding computer skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Must have worked in an office environment, working in a Human Resource capacity is a plus.
