Property and Casualty Insurance Agent- Hybrid- 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days remote

With a P&C license and desire to grow your book of business through superior customer service and sales skills, you will sit on the front lines, growing business for this collaborative organization.

Great opportunity for someone who loves both servicing accounts as well as turning warm leads into new business.

Hybrid scheduling working 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days remote.

Love to volunteer your time? This company gives you 4 paid days each year (1 per quarter) to volunteer at your nonprofit of choice. Volunteer 250 hours in a year, they award that nonprofit with $250. Volunteer 500 hours in a year, the award is $500.

In addition, this company matches your donations to 501 (c ) (3) charity up your choice up to $250.

You will:

· Engage leads generated by marketing for new business and procure information for underwriting

· Develop new customers through generation of new contacts within an assigned geographical territory, maximizing sales profitability, growth and account generation.

· Work with renewal clients to obtain information for underwriting.

· Contact existing account clients to round out with other supplemental coverage.

· Review policies for accuracy before presenting to clients

· Take calls on claims and submit information to claims committee

You have:

· 2+ years insurance agency or brokerage experience.

· Active P&C License

· Excellent communications skills, client focused approach, strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset

· Ability to learn various technology and CRM platforms

$60-$65K + Commission- (Potential to make $75-$80K plus first year)
