Position Overview:
We seek a proactive and motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional passionate about pursuing a career in flow meter technology. This position will involve hands-on experience and learning from experienced engineers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing manufacturing processes for mechanical components and systems used in flow meters.
- Collaborate on research and analysis to enhance existing products and create new solutions, focusing on manufacturability and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to various stages of the manufacturing process, from design to production.
- Participate in prototype building, testing, and data analysis to ensure manufacturability, functionality, and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization in manufacturing methods.
- Apply engineering principles to address technical challenges and ensure seamless transition from design to production.
- Acquire and maintain approvals related to ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards for manufacturing processes, testing, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in preparing and organizing documentation required for measurement-related approval, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, or regulatory bodies to facilitate the approval processes, address queries, and ensure successful acquisition of necessary certifications.
- Create accurate quotes for the sale of products, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of costs, timelines, and resources involved in product sales within the approved parameters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong academic background or relevant projects/internships demonstrating hands-on manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.) for 3D modeling design.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
