We have a large, exclusive territory with thousands of prospective customers. The successful candidate will have proven experience in new sales development, cold calling, and B2B “hunter” type selling. If you embrace that type of sales process, you'll flourish here.
About you:
- You are excited to build a pipeline and manage your own book of business
- You are willing and ready to knock on doors and shake hands 30+ times/day, 5 days/week
- You are capable of learning and embodying our values and mission, and assisting future customers in understanding that value
- You are goal driven and ready to succeed by consistently closing new business on a commission accrual structure
- You have the ability to productively manage your own schedule
- You have a strong work ethic and good self-discipline
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- You have the ability to develop strong, lasting business relationships
About the Opportunity:
- A Large, exclusive territory with virtually no legitimate competition

A successful candidate will earn over $65k in their first 12 months. Top franchise Account Managers have consistently earned over $100k/year. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, quarterly and annual bonuses, and phone and auto allowances. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, presenting programs, and meeting weekly sales targets and activity quotas. Account Managers receive leadership training which includes product knowledge, sales process, and business development strategies.
