Travel Radiologic Technologist

Pay Rate: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 gross per week(All travel is paid for by the client)

Number of Positions: 2

Start Date: Ideal candidate can start as early as March 25, 2024. Will take candidates who can start before or after this date.

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Call Only 7:00 am - 7:00 am, 5 8's or 4 10's(Monday-Friday 1p-9p or Monday-Thursday 9p-7a) and rotate weekend call Friday 7p to Sunday 7p

Additional Details:

• Makes special radiographic examinations requiring special equipment and procedures such as: intravenous pyelograms, intravenous cholangiograms, hysterosalpingograms, cholangiography, arthrograms, myelograms and hip pinnings in surgery
• Programs portable or stationary x-ray machines and makes radiographs for a variety of examinations
• Follows the principle of ALARA
• Keeps procedure room clean and neat, makes minor equipment adjustments as needed
• Able to use CR or DR equipment to processes x-rays
• Practices medical and surgical aseptic procedures
• Assists in maintaining basic records and reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology: either college affiliated or hospital trained
• 1 year of experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ARRT

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• AR
