Location: Clinton, WI.
SHIFT: Full- time, 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
Pay: $22-$24/hour based on experience

Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. The HR Generalist will be responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  2. Assist managers with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  3. Communicates with all employees regarding policies and procedures.
  4. The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations by using a win-win solution when possible.
  5. Act as an HR liaison for the safety department.
  6. The HR Generalist will support performance management and compensation administration.
  7. Build working relationships with managers throughout the company.
  8. The HR Generalist will assist with employee questions regarding benefits and inquiries.
  9. Preparing and maintaining various human resource records, including employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality of information.
  10. Assisting in the recruiting process and the attraction and retention of talent.
  11. All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably using Paycor system software
  2. 1-2 years of employee relations benefit administration
  3. Previous experience with training and employee development
  4. Excellent communication skills required
  5. Minimum of High School Diploma required
  6. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality required
