Registered Nurse (RN)

Regents Point in Irvine, CA, a HumanGood community named a "Best Nursing Home in 2023-2024" U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.   

Our RNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

** Full-time   ** 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am   ** $42 to $52/hr (DOE)   ** Shift Diff for Night Shift   ** $3,000 Signing Bonus for New Full-time RN Hire    

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post or sub-acute care is highly desirable
