Overview

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the companies CFO and Corporate Controller. The ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel etc.). An organized multitasker with strong communication skills, great attention to detail and managing administrative duties effectively.

Responsibilities
    Perform diverse and advanced administrative support and administrative duties for The Judge Group's CFO and Corporate Controller.
  • Oversees the CFO and Corporate Controller calendars which will include scheduling meetings, phone calls, interviews, and appointments
  • Assist with preparation of PowerPoint slides and presentations for both individuals. Also, work on basic Excel spreadsheet reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, create travel itineraries, fill out and submit expense reports, place requisitions in internal systems, as well as order key supplies when needed
  • Analyze and code bills and invoices for processing. Occasionally reach out to tax offices to handle basic inquiries on the gathering of tax information.
  • Take ownership of basic projects as they are assigned such as lead distribution, expense report work, managing of Marketing manager and employee meeting topics, distribution of key item give-a-ways, etc.

Success Metrics:

  • Keeping the CFO and Corporate Controller as productive as possible by helping them with time management, organization, technology and other issues
  • There to support key projects as needed and chip in when we are down from a people perspective on certain projects
  • Processing all bills and expenses in a timely manner, as well as leads
  • Working with Internal Communications Manager to coordinate internal announcements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support at an executive or management level
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communicator, and customer service oriented
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe and Vizio
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily
  • Generally technology savvy
