Job Description

Job Purpose

The Manager of Marketing for Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) at ICE is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of ICE's global Fixed Income & Data Services business segment, successfully communicating its value proposition, products, and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of the business, customers, and global landscape across the financial markets' ecosystem with a focus on increasing awareness, engagement and acquisition for our propositions, products, and services.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing for FIDS, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of impactful multi-channel marketing programs for the FIDS segment.

Strong, inspirational leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across FIDS to align on priorities will be keys to success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key messages to form the basis of effective, multi-channel marketing strategies and programs, ensuring that they are correctly communicated
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to align on priorities and objectives
  • Define success metrics and oversee monitoring, tracking, reporting and analysis of initiatives
  • Liaise with teams across the FIDS business to align on priorities and objectives
  • Develop marketing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI
  • Promote strong leadership
  • Continuously learn about the markets and clients FIDS serves, competitive landscapes, key influences on the business and customer requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in in-house corporate marketing. Successful track records in B2B financial services marketing.
  • A strong understanding of the financial services markets is required. Knowledge of key client segments (banks, hedge funds, asset managers, etc.) and their decision makers (traders, analysts, portfolio managers, etc.)
  • Strong presence with the ability to work closely with various teams across FIDS
  • Digital, content and thought leadership experience required to inform effective strategies
  • Track record of results, including establishing and executing on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage to budgets and to right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints
  • Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates

The expected base salary for this role is between 105,000-140,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
