This is a seasonal position. A sampling of what you’ll do in this role:Work across aspects of all day-to-day operations of the facility, including helping maintain DOT regulations (Comply, JJ Keller)Learn all facets of the local business, including getting experience working across the branch including in the warehouse and the fieldEstablish and build relationships with branch personnel, peers, and customers through team building and interpersonal communicationsAssist with seed treatments and seed warehouse operationsSupport dispatching and logistics as needed or requested by managementEnsure the overall cleanliness of the facilityWork with NH3 operationsProvide support across the territory and the entire team as required to attain branch goalsChampion a positive work environment and overall employee moraleOther duties as assigned What you bring to the role:High School Diploma or equivalentClass A CDL w/Hazmat and Tankers - Not required but preferred.Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operationsAbility to multi-task, take direction and work independently with minimal supervisionFlexibility and excitement to work in a role where no two days will be the sameOrientation towards being detailed and accurate with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslySolid interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when working with peers, team members, and customersUnderstand and maintain confidentialityWillingness to get the job done, including the ability to work overtime hours during busy seasonsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional appearance The details you want to know…In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $16.11 - $20.37 per hour.  Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.  This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.  Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $16.01 - $20.27 per hour.  Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.  This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus as well as vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.  If you are currently a Wilbur-Ellis employee, please notify your Manager prior to applying for this position.
