Sales Manager

Door Guard Inc. is a 19-year-old, rapidly growing company started by a Vietnam Veteran. We fabricate a patented, reusable elevator cab liner to protect elevator cab interiors from damage during tenant moves in and out of office buildings and condominiums. Seeking an individual to join our team as a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities: Proactively contact customers at each stage of the sales process, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience. Maintain accurate and timely updates in our CRM software (Zoho). Educate customers on our sales process and product offerings. Gather necessary information and secure required photos from customers. Recommend the most suitable protection options based on specific cab usage. Follow up with customers throughout the approval process to address questions and concerns. Secure deposits, finalize color selections, and collect surveys upon approval. Ensure product fit and timely receipt of balance payment as per terms. Research and contact potential clients for business development opportunities. Identify and cultivate new opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.

Qualifications: Experience in customer service or sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
