Machine Operator

Expanding Strongsville Company hiring Machine Operator/Finishing and Packaging Technician

Pay- $18-$20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate various converting equipment machinery, including slitter machines, rewind tables for product inspection, and roll slitting machines.
• Prepare materials for slitting operations and inspect labels for defects.
• Package labels for shipment with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
• Complete necessary paperwork and utilize QAD for product issuance and receipt.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure a smooth production flow.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Roll-fed flexographic experience is a must.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient in analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to read and understand associated paperwork and tools.
• Team player with the capability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
