Responsibilities of the Engineering Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of the inside sales team, including service and repair department
  • Team’s response to customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Team’s quotes and execution to meet customer contracts
  • Support outside sales team
  • Profit and loss of the facility
  • ERP System Team Leader

Qualifications of the Engineering Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • BS Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
  • 3 years of experience working with industrial rotating equipment, industrial bearing and power transmissions
  • 2 years of management experience required
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivated team player
  • Effective and proven leader

Working Conditions: Office Administration environment
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Minimal travel for training or yearly corporate meetings
