This Entry Level Accounts Receivable Position Features:

As a entry level accounts receivable for this growing, stable wholesale distributor company. You will be responsible for the following:
Accounts Receivable Collections
Batch and verify check for deposit
Post checks to accounts as per remittances
Process Credit Card Payments and send customer receipt
Answer calls from branch locations to release orders
Answer calls from customers and complete forms as needed
Reconcile account discrepancies, refunds etc.
Assist with various month end reports
Set up new accounts
Pull credit reports
Review resale tax certificates
Make resale tax adjustments
Additional tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1- 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
Strong Organizational skills
Excellent research skills and the ability to dig into the details
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
