Job Title: Shared Services Administrator (Financial)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide general support for manufacturing plant financial activities.
• Assist with processing payroll weekly.
• Accounts Payable and resolve invoice exceptions.
• Update and maintain BOM’s, inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and freight tracking.
• Enter month end journal entries and other tasks for month end closing process.
• Validate and balance daily/monthly production.
• Cross train with other administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Basic accounting is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of organizational skills and the ability to effectively undertake multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Versatile and readily adaptable to new, different, or changing circumstances.
• Proven aptitude in using Microsoft Office software in an administrative assignment, including a strong proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
