Heavy Equipment Operator

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for first and second shift at a company in  Marysville, WA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with overtime hours available. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment (loaders/dozers), and stockpiling slopes to ensure a safe work environment. 

We are currently hiring for two shifts:

First shift: $20 per hour

Second shift: $21 per hour

Duties include:

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (loader/dozer)
• Maintain stockpile slopes to ensure safe work environment
• Ability to sit in a loader for most of shift in environment that is dusty and can get hot
• Assists with ensuring the correct ingredients are used in the correct proportions
• Supplies the line with a continuous supply of material
• Pushes piles to ensure setbacks, pile height and stockpile shaping meets the criteria set by the Dept. of Environment Health Services
