Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring safety programs in the field, perform audits of WPS program, conduct safety training, and perform onsite safety inspections, audits and assessments. Conduct safety walkthroughs of the field workers and facilities.
- Conduct post-accident/Incident investigations.
- Self-directed and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision at times.
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs.
- Travel to farms locations daily within a mile radius.
- Proficient Verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Forty-seven-hour work week, weekends and holidays as needed. Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills and have a professional appearance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish-preferred
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
