As a Registered Nurse at Santa Rosa Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience required
- CWOCN certification preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervises the inpatient wound and ostomy care program at Santa Rosa Medical Center.
- Provides high quality wound, ostomy and continence care for patients.
- Assists with developing and implementing wound/ostomy/continence care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff.
- Monitors patient progress and treatment plans.
- Responsible for the education of clinic staff.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports to manager or director.
