Front Office Assistant

Position Overview

This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Location and Hours of Position

Andover Primary Care 5594 State Route 7, Andover, Ohio

The general office hours for this position are Monday 8:30am-6pm, Tuesday 8:30am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8:30AM-5 PM, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Compensation

Starts at $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and location when determining pay.

Education/Experience Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Must be available to work evening hours, as required)
