Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa is actively seeking a reliable and experienced part-time maintenance man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, as well as a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. 

Responsibilities
  • Perform  routine maintenance tasks throughout the inn, including repairing and  replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliances 

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards 

  • Assist with landscaping and grounds-keeping duties as needed 

  • Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and efficient manner 

  • Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed 

  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the inn meets high standards of cleanliness and safety 

Required Skills
  • Previous experience in general maintenance and repair work 

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 

  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed 

This  is a part-time position with approximately 20-25 hours per week.  Benefits and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
