Craftline Graphics is a coloring book / puzzle book commercial printer looking for full time, quality conscious, detailed oriented, reliable, team players to work as Binder Operators in our bindery department. Pay
$18.00 to $23.00 per hour plus 50 cent shift differential for 2nd shift
Hours
2nd Shift 2 pm – 10 pm, OT as needed
Experience
One year working as a perfect binder operator (or 2nd man) required. Experience in operating a Mueller Martini Perfect Binder and leading a crew, a plus
Requirements
- Proven mechanical ability
- Proven problem solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to do basic math and read a ruler
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Willing to work weekends when required
- Ability to direct helper staff efficiently
- Ability to follow procedures to ensure we have a safe environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
