General Expectations
Knowledge and Requirement
- High school diploma, required
- Effective time management skills
- Highly self motivated
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds infrequently
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call
- Work in all weather conditions
- Works well with management, peers, subordinates
General Outline of Responsibilities
Safely assists in trans-loading processes which includes coordinating with equipment operator to safely load and unload various commodities such as dry-bulk fertilizer from tractors or rail cars to and from ground storage.
