Job Summary

The Housekeeper provides cleaning services throughout the property, including but not limited to office spaces, break rooms, bathrooms and cafeteria. With the property growing constantly, we are also responsible for the following:

12 Sound Stages

40 Historical Homes

White House

Farm House

Four Sided Mansion

Courthouse

Chapel

Dream Building

Full Service Laundry Mat

Position Type

This is a regular, full time position.

Work Environment

This job is mobile and thus operates throughout the property in professional/production office environments, bathrooms and other work spaces. This role routinely uses standard cleaning supplies such as protective gloves, trash bags, tissue paper, paper towels, various spray cleaners and cleaning cart.

Essential Functions

Responsible for general cleanliness throughout the property

Trash collection and removal

Vacuuming

Cleaning windows/ledges

Washing soiled items

Making beds

Keeping restrooms stocked and cleaned

Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements in areas

Dusting furniture/desks and fixtures

Maintains flexibility of work hours to accommodate the needs of Studio Operations and Studio Production

Competencies

Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills

Consistently demonstrates flexibility, composure and time management

Proficient skills in office upkeep and cleanliness and maintenance

Physical Demands

This is a largely active role, with employees required to move throughout various parts of the building/property on a daily basis. This position requires the ability to get around easily and to constantly bending and occasionally lifting supplies up to 30 pounds.
