Key Responsibilities:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be the smiling face and helping hand that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Your top priority will be ensuring health and safety while promoting independence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily life activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene maintenance, and facilitating enjoyable social activities.
• Maintaining records and following Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) tailored to individual abilities, interests, and needs.
• Empowering individuals to build self-esteem and pursue self-improvement.
• Additional duties as needed.

A: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

B: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

C: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM

D: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Qualifications:

Our staff members play a vital role in the success of the individuals we serve. To be a successful candidate, you should possess:

• Ability to pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, even without immediate supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with individuals served, colleagues, and the community.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license, Class E License (or equivalent), and the ability to drive a vehicle.
• Completion of agency-required training and certifications within 90 days of hire.
