HiFyve is hiring for Production Leads in Fort Madison, IA.
- $58K + Overtime Pay
- Additional Bonuses
- 2nd Shift roles are available

Details:
- Overseeing and coordinating production activities to maximize employee and equipment resources to meet or exceed production standards
- Maintain a very high standard of safety
- Achieve desired production performance results across all KPIs
- Daily tracking and ownership of improvement for key KPIs
- Supervise and direct the work of direct reports
- Identify projects to drive waste reduction and increase efficiencies
- Ensure all associates have the proper training and tools to perform their job effectively and efficiently
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and is responsible for final setup and adjustments of machines to achieve their optimal efficiency
- Performs a variety of minor machine repairs
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school preferred. High School Diploma is required.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility is required
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
