CNC MACHINIST
Location: Florence, AL
2nd Shift: 5PM-5AM Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $18.25per hour-
Well established manufacturing company in Florence, AL is looking for an experienced and reliable full time CNC Machinist.
DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Well established manufacturing company in Florence, AL is looking for an experienced and reliable full time CNC Machinist.
DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with CNC mill and lathe, manual mill and lathe, band saws, and broach.
- Experience managing and leading multiple employees at a time.
- Have basic math and mechanical skills.
- Able to train employees in the proper way to operate machines with minimal error while focused on uptime and throughput.
- Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings and identify critical measurements.
- Will need to provide employees with performance expectations and production goals.
- Provide employees with tools, resources, motivation, training, and accountability.
- Needs to have flexibility with production hours.
- Will need to lead by example by adhering to all code of conduct policies, rules, and regulations.
OTHER SKILLS
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years experience with manufacturing processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
- Must have strong verbal communication skills.
- 5-S training is a plus.
- Lean training is a plus.
- Able to maintain a safe working environment that is conducive to productivity.
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
- Manufacture products in conformance to plant quality standards.
