Title: Director of Plant Services
Job Duties: The Director of Plant Services is responsible for the overall supervision of ancillary personnel such as the maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, and laundry and housekeeping personnel. The Director may be responsible for the supervision of the operation and maintenance of multiple buildings and structures.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED
- Management/supervisor experience
- Ability to organize, to problem-solve, and to direct and motivate staff.
- Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements
- A valid California driver's license.
