Location: Seabolt's Restaurant, 31640 State Rte 20, Suite #3, Oak Harbor, WA 98277

Shifts Available:

1. Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Full-time)
2. Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with Seabolt's recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area according to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate with the supervisor for replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Uphold Seabolt's commitment to quality and presentation in every dish.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as required.
- Food safety certification is a plus.

Training:

- Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with Seabolt's menu, kitchen procedures, and safety protocols.
- You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced staff members to learn the ins and outs of the kitchen operations.
- Ongoing support and guidance will be available to ensure your success in both shifts.
