Surgical Services Manager

A renowned Medical Center is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Services Manager to join its dynamic healthcare team. Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Surgical Services Manager will help lead clinical and administrative operations. They will be supported by CNORs, Operating Room Assistant Nurse Managers, as well as a tenured and experienced team of Surgery Charge RNs.

The Surgical Services Manager will have the pivotal responsibility of helping oversee the seamless operation of the surgical services department. This role involves coordinating and supervising the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with established protocols and safety standards.
